English Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg will take charge of Sunday’s Euro 2016 final match between France and Portugal in stade de france tomorrow.
the young English referee will officiate at the Stade de France six weeks after refereeing Real Madrid’s Champions League final win over Atletico Madrid in Milan.
The 41-year-old Englishman also took charge of the FA Cup final at Wembley on May 21 when Manchester United beat Crystal Palace 2-1.
The hosts France beat world champions Germany 2-0 on Thursday to reach the final. Portugal, on their part, beat Wales 2-0 in the other semi-final on Wednesday to reach the final.
Clattenburg will be joined by assistant referees Simon Beck and Jake Collin and additional assistants Anthony Taylor and Andre Marriner.
